What the site collects: when you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, preferred time and message you type. Please don't include medical details in the message. For anything urgent, call us.

How we use it: we use your message only to reply to you and to schedule a visit. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

What the site doesn't use: this website uses no analytics, advertising pixels or session recording, and it has no embedded scheduler.

Your records at the practice: your health information is kept in the practice's own records, not on this website. You may ask the front desk for a copy of your records, and we release them to a payer or your employer only as you direct or as the law requires.
