What we do not do
Not a promise
We do not promise a result, a recovery date or a number of visits.
We do not decide your claim; the payer does.
We do not replace your physician or an emergency room.
Not a surprise
We do not bill you for an allowed visit on your claim.
We do not schedule you before the payer is confirmed.
We do not take X-rays unless they are medically necessary.
How it is paid
How fees work
On an allowed work-injury claim we bill the payer. For anything else you get a written estimate first.
- A sudden severe headache or neck pain, dizziness, trouble speaking or seeing, new weakness or numbness, numbness in the groin or saddle area (between the legs and buttocks), or new bladder or bowel trouble needs emergency care now. Call 911 or go to an emergency room.
